Joslin PowerSports' Shipping and Return Policy

Most of the larger or motorized products we sell include FREE SHIPPING. Accessories and some of the smaller non-motorized products are usually shipped separately via a parcel carrier like UPS, and those shipping charges would be calculated during checkout. JoslinCorp is not responsible for shipping damage. Should your product arrive with any damage, you must have the driver make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt, then file a claim with the shipping company. Products cannot be refused upon delivery unless damaged beyond repair, and acknowledged as such by the driver. ALL returns must be authorized by the appropriate manufacturer's customer service, and issued a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number, before JOSLIN Corporation can refund any monies. If a product is refused or returned without a valid RA number, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, plus a 20 % Factory Restocking Fee. We will assist you to the best of our ability, with any claim process. JoslinCorp will not be responsible for additional shipping fees incurred due to inaccuracies in addresses or phone numbers provided by you.
JoslinCorp ships most of the larger motorized products such as go karts, dune buggies, scooters, ATV's, mini-bikes, and dirt bikes free of charge to locations anywhere in the United States except Hawaii & Alaska. However, if the truck cannot get to the final destination, your order may be delivered to the freight hauler's closest terminal or shipping depot. Home delivery requires someone to sign for the shipment, and assist the driver with unloading the freight. If you require ‘Lift Gate Service', (which lowers freight from the back of the truck to the ground), you can select this option during checkout (for no additional fee). All optional parts and accessories are shipped to your door via a parcel delivery company like UPS. Purchaser is responsible for these additional shipping costs, as they will arrive separately, and are NOT covered under vehicle's free shipping arrangement.
